We received a basket of naan for free because of our wait.big deal.we won't be returning. The bussers were both hustling and tried to attend as much as they could with water refills etc. The belly dancer was energetic and circled the room but the music was much too loud and hurt our ears. Our server was very apologetic but the damage was done. Our food was not hot but at that point we were famished and the flavors were good. Our server rushed over to tell us that it was ready and encouraged us to stay. After an hour and 15 minutes from entering we got up to leave as dinner had not yet come. There were only 2 servers and our was also bartender and helped in the kitchen too. I had to find our server to get our order taken. We ordered naan initially but waited 25 minutes for a basket of 2 which was consumed between 5 hungry people within seconds. We received drinks within the first 10 minutes, but those with cocktails had to wait 7 minutes longer and the Long Island Iced Tea looked like a Tequila Sunrise. The host was a lovely woman who tried to get us set up but was unable to prevent our disastrous evening. Our initial signal should have been the fact that our reserved table was not set up and the place was obviously bustling with patrons and a lot of take out diners waiting for orders. WasnвЂ™t the best ValentineвЂ™s Day IвЂ™ve ever had but my date and I definitely had fun laughing about the whole horrible experience on our way to finally get some food after we got up and moved to the other desolate table for approximately 2 minutes before we realized it had been over an hour since we placed our food order, we were starving, and our water (that we finally got refills for after moving) tasted like yogurt so we got up and booked it out of there to go get In n Out instead. The next time we saw our waitress was when she came over to ask us to MOVE to a crappy random table in the corner of the restaurant because a group that had come in did not need but WANTED the table we were seated at. We noticed some very big parties coming in so I figured they were just scrambling to get them all seated. Finally we got our menus and were able to order but after an hour still had not gotten our food, gotten a water refill, or even seen our waitress. After about 10 minutes of sitting we hadnвЂ™t had anyone come to our table or even bring us menus but my date and I were just enjoying each others company and IвЂ™m not one to complain or make a fuss. They sat us an extra table they had so it was fine at first. When we first showed up they said they didnвЂ™t have our reservation even though I had made it weeks in advance and confirmed it.
